Abstract
In this study, the heat cycle on STD11 vacuum heat treatment properties was identified during hardness value (HRC), microstructure, and sharpy impact tests according to the temperature, retention time, and cooling speed (pressure) of STD11 molded steel materials. The STD11 material was heat treated in the order of quenching (1) + subzero (1) + tempering (3) and the process variables were tested for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, cooling pressure 4BAR, 8BAR, subzero –196 degrees, -150 degrees, tempering 200 degrees, 150 minutes, and 120 minutes at quenching 1030 degrees. STD11 The thermal cycle checking on the characteristics of vacuum heat treatment was tested for hardness values (HRC), fine tissue, and sharpy shock, and eco-tip hardness, rockwell hardness, optical microscope, and sharpy shock test device were used, respectively. The test results showed the best hardness of HRC 60.5 in the process of quenching30 1030 degrees 90 minutes 8BAR cooling, subzero -150 degrees 150 minutes, and tempering 500 degrees 120 minutes 3 times. As a result of the organization's observation, the cooling pressure during quenching was observed to have more martensite tissue, minute crystals and particulate chemicals than 4BAR cooling conditions. quenching The hardness is 4BAR 61 (HRC) and 8BAR 62 (HRC), representing a difference of about 1 point. Sub-zero heat treatment –The longitude obtained by the 196 degree process maintenance time and temperature control was excellent at up to 65.1 of the HRC, but the residual stress and stress of the tissue were high due to the occurrence of cracks outside the specimen. The –150 degree process is suitable. Tempering heat treatment showed a hardness value of 500 degrees lower than 200 degrees cold tempering conditions, but finer temperate martensite tissue was observed, and the result of the sharpy shock test showed that the tempering method was used for mold use. It has been identified that it should be different.
