The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of core stability training using Swiss balls and elastic straps on physical fitness (50 m run, standing long jump, 800 m run, and sit-forward), dynamic balance ability (YBT), and body functional motion mass (FMS) of average college women. The subjects were female students (n=30) from Jiujiang University in China were divided into experimental group 15 and control group 15. Five experts from the Graduate school of Shinhan University tested and revised the training plan before the experiment to meet the demands of female college students. The experimental group underwent a 60-minute training program three times a week for a total of eight weeks. Before and after the experiment, the physical fitness, dynamic balance ability and body functional motion quality of the subjects were tested, and the measurement data were recorded. For data processing, repeated test, paired sample T test and independent sample T test were carried out. After eight weeks of core stability training with Swiss balls and elastic bands, In the experimental group, the results of standing long jump, 50-meter running and sitting body bending test were respectively improved from (73.000±4.018) (70.470±5.986) (76.200±5.797) before the experiment to (79.400±5.692) (78.400±6.926) (84.730±6.617) after the experiment. Compared with the control group, the test results of standing long jump, 50m running and sitting body bending in the experimental group also showed significant differences after the experiment (standing long jump p=.004) (50m running p=.008) (sitting body bending p=.001). After 8 weeks of core stability training with Swiss ball and elastic band, the composite index of dynamic balance ability of left leg and right leg in the experimental group increased from 111.330±2.637 (111.730±3.390) before the experiment to 114.400±3.460 (115.470±3.270) after the experiment. The comprehensive index of the dynamic balance ability of the left and right legs in the experimental group also significantly increased after the experiment for the control group (p=.030) (p=.028). After 8 weeks of core stability training with Swiss ball and elastic belt, the experimental group had the greatest improvement in the quality of squat, jump hurdle and turn stability in seven tests of body functional motion quality. The next three body functional movements were straight leg active lifting, body control thrust and straight lunge squat, but the quality of shoulder flexibility movement was not significantly improved. After the experiment, the experimental group was compared with the control group in squatting (p=.013), jumping bar (p=.010), straight lunging squatting (p=.025), straight leg active lifting (p=.002), body control thrust (p=.016), turning stability (p=.039) The quality of six movements has also been significantly improved. The core stability training program using Swiss ball and elastic belt had a benign influence on the physical quality, dynamic balance ability and body functional movement quality of ordinary college girls, improve their physical quality and motor skill learning ability, so as to improve the overall sports level of ordinary college girls. In view of the current epidemic situation and college physical education teaching environment, it suggested that the core stability training means such as Swiss ball and elastic belt should be properly promoted in general physical education teaching and public fitness, so as to provide some help for the effective popularization of national fitness.
