소프트웨어의 시뮬레이션 결과 검증은 MATLAB/Simulink를 이용한 모델 시뮬레이션, SILS환경에서 도출된 결과, 디버깅 툴 및 ECU(Electronic Controller Unit)를 이용한 EILS(ECU-In-the-Loop Simulation) 환경에서의 결과와 비교하여 검증하였으며 시뮬레이션 결과가 모두 일치하였다.

In this paper, communication between OS applications (IOC, Inter OS-Application Communication) in a Windows environment without a target board using the virtualized AUTOSAR platform with virtual BSW module mainly based on the OS module of the vehicle software standard platform AUTOSAR (AUTOmotive Open System Architecture). This paper proposes a SILS (Software-In-the-Loop Simulation) method of the system used in the experiments. OS objects of AUTOSAR such as Task, Alarm, Resource, OS Application, Scheduler are virtualized to verify the software by operating the software applied with the AUTOSAR platform on Windows OS, and virtualizing RTE (Runtime Environment) and IOC functions for communication between OSs. Therefore, a software-based simulation was performed in a Windows environment. In addition, the execution of the task was simulated by implementing the OS alarm and task as Windows' multi-thread, and the task is executed when the alarm is expired in the multi-core-based AUTOSAR software platform. The software application to which the AUTOSAR platform is applied is a program that uses communication between OS applications that can transmit data between multi-core-based programs. For data transmission between cores of multi-core-based programs, IOCs can be used to protect data memory and reduce the processing time to transmit data. In this study, an ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) system and FCW (Forward Collision Warning) system operating in Core0 and Core1 of ECU, respectively, were designed and implemented using two cores of the ECU, and each core operates as different OS applications. Distance data from the preceding vehicle(which is the output value of the ACC system operating in Core0) is transmitted to Core1(in which the FCW system operates) with IOC. The ACC and FCW systems of the application were modeled through MATLAB/Simulink, and codes for the operation of ACC and FCW were generated using the auto code generation function of the created model. Afterwards, the automatically generated MATLAB/Simulink program code was developed through Mobilgene. After the generation of SWC (Software Component) using Mobilgene, the automatically generated code in MATLAB/Simulink is used by calling within the Runnable Body Code. In addition, the software was set to be distributed in each core, and software applied with the AUTOSAR platform structure was developed through additionally designing BSW and implementing RTE. The simulation result of software was verified by comparing with model simulation using MATLAB/Simulink, results derived from SILS environment, and results in EILS (ECU-In-the-Loop Simulation) environment using debugging tools and ECU (Electronic Controller Unit). It was verified and the simulation results were all consistent. Therefore, it was confirmed that the simulation in the EILS environment could be moved to the SILS environment and simulated with the virtualized AUTOSAR platform. By simulating a program through AUTOSAR platform virtualization and performing verification in a SILS environment that can omit using the hardware such as ECUs or debugging equipment and reduce the time and verification cost required for hardware system construction, and the quality of software can be improved through this.
