The job satisfaction of public officials in education administration to be presented in this study has an important influence on the development of administration as a human factor. Efficient management of human resources becomes the key to organizational development and further national development, as well as an important goal in personnel administration. No matter how talented people are hired to achieve the organization's goals, if they do not improve their job satisfaction or eliminate the resulting dissatisfaction factors, their public officials will lose their motivation to work, which will not realize the organization's goals. Members with high job satisfaction actively strive to achieve the goals of their organizations. However, today, public officials frequently leave the organization because of reduced job satisfaction due to various factors such as generational conflict, class conflict, deterioration of external evaluation of public officials, and heavy workload.
Therefore, this study is a motive that started with interest in the job satisfaction of public officials in education administration from this social phenomenon, and based on this, it is intended to analyze the job satisfaction status of public officials in education administration.
