This study is a qualitative study that examines the subjectivity of teachers as 'self-consideration', which is Michelle Foucault's subjectivity from an alternative perspective, and conducts narrative exploration as a research method. To this end, we talk about finding truth by not seeking a post-structuralist paradigm, but by relating to the subject and discovering truth in order to try to look at teacher and education in the foreground of uncertainty and life, away from the traditional idea of education and teacher as a fixed concept. We study the subjectivity of infant teachers through Foucault's self-consideration. The research question is, "What is the practical experience for forming subjectivity as a teacher?“ It is. The research method formed a conversational narrative by conducting unstructured interviews with six teachers working at infant care institutions. The research method used Clandinin & Connelly's narrative inquiry technique, and the interpretation method was interpreted using Clandinin & Connelly's three-dimensional inquiry empathy, and the research results are as follows. First, teachers observed their situations as teachers, such as their annual leave, and self-awareness as teachers who provided appropriate childcare environments for children. Through self-awareness as a teacher, he faced and realized himself, and reflected on his existence as a teacher. Second, teachers showed a changing appearance of teachers through meaningful relationships with fellow teachers. In other words, through the relationship with the teacher, he eventually changed "to focus and act more for himself" and formed a self-reliant teacher. Third, as a changing subject, you establish a true relationship with yourself in the relationship between the subject and the truth. It shows a changing subjectivity as a teacher to endure and overcome the process of hardships as a teacher. Fourth, I reflected on how to cope in the process of judging the classroom situation. In his first term, he internalized his judgment as a teacher through the experience of coping in the process of growing as a career teacher. As a teacher, he looked at infants with a relaxed mind and looked at them at the eye level of the child, forming a meaningful relationship with the child. As a teacher, he gives his relaxed mind to his junior teacher and shows the appearance of a teacher as a teacher. Therefore, this study found that reflection as a changing subject through the reciprocity of relationships. Through this study, we propose an alternative perspective in the uniform giant discourse of early childhood education, and through Foucault's self-consideration, we can talk about the classroom as a place of harmony in harmony. As the child's subjectivity is related, the classroom can be talked about as a place of harmony in reconciliation. Through this, it is meaningful in that it provides direction for teacher support in early childhood education policies by reflecting on itself and discovering the existence of teachers who form their own identity in the curriculum by looking at others as a teacher.
