1). EtOAc추출물에서 얻은 분획물에서 최종적으로 활성을 나타내는 물질을 TLC(CHC13 : MeOH :电0 = 7 : 3 : 1, v/v/v)로 확인하고 HPLC(LC-10AD, Shimadzu, Japan)로 Cosmosil ODS 컬럼(4.6 x 150 mm), 이동상(30% MeOH), 검출파장 254 nm, 유속 1 mL/min의 조건에서 유효성분을 분리 정제하였다. 정제된 각 화합물의 구조는 'H-과 He-핵자기공명 (AVANCE 200, Broker, Germany) 스펙트라에 의해 결정하였다.
