  • 두 번째로는 지방전구세포에서 대식세포로의 전환 가능성에 대한 연구이다. 지방전구세포에서 대식세포로 의전 환을 확인하기 위해서 지방조직의 초대배양(primary culture) 을 통해 기혈관 분획 세포(stroma-vascular fraction) 를 얻어서 이로부터 지방전구세포의 핵을 형광으로 표지하여 쥐의 복강에 주사한 결과 형광으로 표지된 지방 전구세포에 대식세포와 같은 포식능이 있음을 확인하였다.
  • 본 총설에서는 이와 같은 지방세포와 면역세포와의 상호작용 그리고 지방세포에서 분비되는 염증관련 아디포카인들, 그리고 이 아디포카인들에 의한 대사성 질환의 발생 연관성 에 대하여 실험적 결과들을 토대로 하여 요약할 것이다.
