  • Human breast cancer MDA-MB-453 cells were purchased from the KCLB (Korean Cell Line Bank, Korea). Cells were routinely maintained in RPMI 1640 (Invitrogen [Molecular Probes], Gibco, Carlsbad, CA, USA), supplemented with 10% FBS and antibiotics (50 U/ml of penicillin and 50 ug/ml streptomycin, Gibco) at 37 ℃ in a humidified atmosphere containing 5% CO2.
