여성 콜레스테롤 담석 발생 원인은 무엇인가? | 이와 같은 다양한 종류의 담석은 발생 기전과 원인의 차이에 의해서 생기는데 콜레스테롤 담석의 경우 담즙 콜레스테롤의 과포화, 핵화, 담낭수축 저하의 기전으로 발생 한다(Shim 2000). 콜레스테롤 담석의 원인으로는 사회경제적 수준 향상과 연령의 증가, 여성의 잦은 임신횟수 및 경구피임약과 여성호르몬의 복용, 비만이 관련성이 있다고 알려지고 있으며, 생화학지표들과 콜레스테롤 담석 형성과의 관련성이 연구되고 있다(Mendes-Sanchez 2005). 즉 생화학 지표 중 고지혈증, 당뇨, 고혈압 등에서 담석이 호발한다고 보고되고 있으며 그 외 적은활동량과 흡연과 음주, 불규칙한 식생활, 고열량과 고단백, 고지방 식사, 단순당의 과다 섭취 및 섬유질 섭취부족 등이 콜레스테롤 담석 발생의 위험 인자로 보고되고 있다(Shaffer 2006). |
