스타킹 등을 이용한 압박법의 효과는? | 압박은 조직압을 상승시키고 혈관에서 여과에 의해서 유출되는 성분들을 최대한 억제시키며 혈관으로의 재흡수와 림프관으로의 조직액의 이동을 촉진시킨다.12-14 이런 효과로 인해 다른 치료 없이 스타킹 등을 이용한 압박법만을 적용해도 부종의 감소가 7∼17% 정도 이루어진다고 하였다.15 MLD는 미세 림프관의 긴장도를 개선시키고 운동성을 증가시켜 부종의 외관도 개선을 시키지만 일반적으로 압박법과 함께 이루어지기 때문에16 60% 이상의 부종 감소 효과가 있다고 하더라도17,18 MLD에 대한 효과만으로 제시하는 것은 무리가 있다. |
