감자의 형질전환은 Agrobacterium을 이용한 방법이 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 이유는 무엇인가? | 감자의 유전적 형질전환을 위한 방법으로는 주로 Agrobacterium tumefactions와 particle bombardment (유전자총)을 이용하는 방법이 이용되고 있다.
