본 연구에서 TBT 투여에 따른 섭식과 체중의 변화를 평가하기 위하여 흰쥐에게 TBT 투여 후 매일 체중을 측정한 결과는 어떠한가? | 먼저 TBT 투여에 따른 섭식과 체중의 변화를 평가하기 위하여 TBT 투여 후 매일 체중을 측정하였다. 흰쥐의 체중은 TBT 투여와 상관없이 정상적인 증가 양상을 보였다. 25㎎/㎏ TBT를 투여한 실험군에서 체중 증가 폭이 다른 군에 비하여 낮았으나, sesame oil만 투여한 대조군과 비교해서 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 그러나 흉선의 무게는 TBT 투여 후 유의하게 감소하였으며, 체중에 따른 흉선의 무게 (somatic index) 또한 투여된 TBT 농도가 높을수록 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 아울러 흉선 내 T 세포의 숫자도 TBT 투여 후 유의하게 감소하였다. |
