Second, wedding etiquette training content needs to be included in existing education programs that primarily focus on helping couples adapt to married life. Such training content should specifically include the etiquette of exchanging wedding presents, home life etiquette, etiquette for the formal meeting between the families of the bride and bridegroom, pyebaek etiquette and ham (a box of wedding gifts sent by a bridegroom to his bride before the wedding) etiquette. Third, when examining the particulars of the need for wedding etiquette training, we came to the conclusion that couples should be properly educated about the meaning and value of the wedding presents, pyebaek and ham that are required during traditional wedding ceremonies. Fourth, the need for wedding etiquette training was shown to be higher for women than for men. It was also higher for individuals in specialized fields than for ordinary company employees. Wedding etiquette training programs need to be structured with such considerations in mind. 본 연구에서는 결론적으로 현재 시행되는 혼인준비 교육 중에 혼례예절교육을 포함한 새로운 혼인준비교육 프로그램을 구안할 수 있도록 이에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

신혼여행에서 지켜야할 교육에 대한 요구도는 신혼여행후 부모님께 인사가기(3.52)에 대한 교육요구도가 그 외의 신혼여행 교육요구도 보다는 높았다.
위의 결과들을 볼 때 남성보다는 여성의 경우, 직업별로는 전문직 종사자일 경우, 혼례예절교육에 대한 요구도가 전반적으로 높은 경향을 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다.
혼인준비를 위한 전반적인 혼인예절교육 요구도는 [Table 6]에 제시하였다. 전반적으로 혼례예절교육 요구도는 5점 만점에 3.59로 나타났으며, 교육내용별로는 예단주고 받는 예절(3.76)에 대한 요구도가 가장 높고, 결혼 후 가족생활에 필요한 예절교육(3.68), 결혼준비를 위해 양가 어른들의 상견례 예절(3.66), 폐백예절(3.64)의 순으로 나타났다.
전체적인 혼례예절교육 요구도 연령에 따라서는 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 성별(P<.05)이나 직업별(P<.05)로 차이를 보였다.
첫째, 혼인준비를 위한 교육프로그램의 중요성을 확인(중요하다 79.67%)할 수 있었고, 무료교육(61.30%)으로 전문가 (78.61%)로부터 교육받고자하는 요구 등을 수렴하여 프로그램 운영 시 반영할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 교육이 이루어진다면 결혼 전 3개월 이전에 주말이나 평일저녁을 이용하여 혼인준비전문교육기관이나 건강가정지원센터를 중심으로 교육을 계획 해 볼 수 있을 것이라 본다.
혼인준비자들의 연령, 성별, 직업에 따른 혼례예절교육 요구도의 차이는 [Table 8], [Table 9]을 보면, 상견례의 경우 연령별로는 교육적 요구의 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 성별 (P<.01), 직업별(P<.05)로는 차이를 보였다.
