β형 PVDF를 얻기 위하여 어떤 방법을 이용할 수 있는가? | 그러므로 압전 특성을 갖는 PVDF 소재를 만들기 위해서는 반드시 β형 결정이 존재 하여야 한다. 일반적으로 β형 결정을 얻는 방법은 PVDF 필름을 길이 방향으로 4배 이상 연신 하여 얻는 방법과 필름 양단에 수~수십 MV의 높은 고전계를 인가하여 얻는 방법이 이용되고 있다[9]. 이러한 공정을 이용하여 β형 PVDF를 제작하여 상용화하고 있으나, 전기전도성은 기대할 수 없다. |
