간섭전류 전기자극의 특징은? | 따라서 Ward 등[8]은 다양한 전기자극 치료방법 중의 하나인 간섭전류 전기자극 시 말초혈류 순환 작용에 영향을 미친다고 보고하였다. 이러한 간섭전류 전기자극의 특징은 피부저항 및 피하조직의 저항이 낮아 전류 통전 시 통증 및 불쾌감이 없어, 특정 부위에 전류가 깊이 침투하여 다양한 통증을 조절할 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 또한 근골격계의 펌프 활동이 말초 혈관 확장과 혈류증진을 유발시켜 진통작용, 부종완화, 염증완화, 조직치유, 근수축과 이완 등에 효과가 있음을 보고하였다[9]. 그러나 이와 같이 간섭접류 전기자극의 치료효과에 대한 실험적 근거들 또한 많이 제시되어 있음에도 불구하고 자율신경계와 관련한 연구는 다른 분야에 비교해서 부족한 실정이다. |
