| 기업은 혁신활동을 통하여 어떤 이점을 얻을 수 있는가? | 기업들은 급변하는 기업의 경영환경을 슬기롭게 극복하기 위하여 연구, 개발, 생산, 관리, 판매 등 모든 분야에서 혁신활동을 지속적으로 진행해 오고 있다. 이러한 혁신활동은 제품의 원가절감, 핵심역량의 창출, 경쟁우위 확보, 고객만족 및 매출증대 등 기업의 경영목표 달성과 경영성과의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 경영혁신 활동의 도입과 전개는 기업조직의 변화, 정보시스템의 구축 및 새로운 혁신기법의 적용에 따른 조직 구성원의 반발, 이에 따른 교육 및 훈련 등으로 인하여 추가적인 비용이 발생한다는 현실적인 문제를 수반하게 된다. |
