문제 정의
본 연구는 앞서 논의하였듯이 보유 장서의 디지털화를 제한하고 있는 우리나라 저작권법 체제와 크게 다른 패러다임을 제시해준 유럽사법재판소의 최근 판례에 주목하고자 한다.
