물리치료사의 전문성은 어떻게 형성되는가? | 물리치료사는 전문가인가? 전문가는 치료사의 연차로 형성되는 것이 아니라 학술적/임상적 경험과 반성적 사고의 사용, 환자 중심 접근법, 동료 집단과의 교류, 협력적 임상 추론으로 형성된다(Resnik &Jensen, 2003). 다시 말해 우리가 전문가이라면 환자 중심적으로 문제 해결에 접근해야 하며 치료사 개인의 임상 경험도 중요하지만, 학술적 활동을 통해 자신의 사고의 틀을 형성하는 지식을 업데이트해야 한다. |
