본 연구의 가설에 대한 내용은? 가설 1. 리더의 변혁적 리더십은 성장 초점 성향을 지닌 사람들의 창의성 발현에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설 2. 리더의 변혁적 리더십은 예방 초점 성향을 지닌 사람들의 창의성 발현에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.
