[국내논문] 국내 이동도서관의 서비스와 프로그램 운영에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 국내 이동도서관의 서비스와 프로그램 운영에 관한 전반적 실태를 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 7개의 외국 이동도서관 관련 기준 및 지침들을 바탕으로 이동도서관 기본 정보, 방문일정 및 정류장 운영, 제공 서비스와 프로그램, 홍보와 요구조사, 이동도서관 발전을 위한 개선사항 등에 대한 총 22개의 문항으로 구성된 설문지를 개발하고, 전국의 공공도서관 소속 이동도서관과 새마을 이동도서관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 74개의 설문지를 회수하여 분석되었다. 이번 조사결과 중 1주당 평균 운행일수, 1일 평균 방문 정류장수, 정류장당 평균 운영시간, 재방문 주기, 1일(1시간)당 평균 대출권수, 본관 도서관 이용자 대비 이동도서관 이용자의 대출기간과 대출권수, 홍보 등 상당수의 항목들은 외국의 이동도서관 기준과 지침에 부합하였으나 일부는 부합하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 집단간 비교에서는 공공도서관과 새마을문고 소속 이동도서관 사이의 차이점이 광역시와 도지역 소재 이동도서관 사이의 차이점보다 더 잘 나타났다.
