시판 식육에서 분리한 대장균의 quinolone 항생제 내성비율과 그 내성 결정인자를 분석한 결과는? | 시판 식육에서 분리한 대장균의 quinolone 항생제 내성비율과 그 내성 결정인자를 분석하였다. 그 결과 277개의 식육시료로부터 분리한 67개의 대장균군 세균중 15개의 균이 NAL에 내성임을 확인하였으며(MIC≥64 μg/ml), 이 15균주중 7개의 균주는 LEV을 포함한 4종류의 항생제 모두에 내성(MIC 8 μg/ml∼16 μg/ ml)이었다. 내성균 15균주중 4균주는 QRDR 영역이 야생형과 동일하였으나 11균주는 gyrA 영역 codon 87에 변이(D87N 또는 D87G)를 갖고 있었다. gyrA 변이주 11균주중 2균주는 gyrA 영역 codon 87에 변이(D87N)와 함께 parC 영역 codon 86 및 87에 이중 변이(L86A+L87I)와 gyrB 영역의 codon 434,445,465의 변이 및 429의 변이를 갖고 있었다. PMQR 유래 내성유전자중 qnrS를 보유하는 2균주가 확인되었으며 AcrAB-TolC efflux pump 유전자인 acrB 유전자는 대조균인 E. coli ATCC 25922 와 비교하여 10균주에서 유의적으로 과발현(3.93~16.93배) 되고 있음을 확인하였다. | |
