우리나라 안경사의 장래 공급에 대한 연구

목적: 학령인구 감소에 따른 안경광학과 입학정원을 예측하고, 공급되어지는 안경사의 수를 계산하였다. 방법: 통계청, 보건복지백서의 자료, 교육통계자료와 대학알리미 자료를 이용하여 학령인구감소의 함수를 구하였다. 얻어진 함수를 이용하여 입학학생 수, 졸업생 수, 시험응시자들과 합격률에 따른 안경사의 공급을 계산하였다. 결과: 학령 인구 감소에 의해 2020년에 입학생 수는 1527명, 졸업생 수는 1267명, 응시자 수는 1852명, 합격률을 75%로 가정하면 배출되는 안경사는 1389명이다. 결론: 매우 빠르게 안경광학과 입학인원이 감소 할 것이다. 그래서 안경사의 수요와 공급을 예측하고 정확한 정책을 수립하기 위해서는 보건의료 인력을 담당할 상설기구와 중장기적인 계획이 필요하다.
