  • 본 연구는 만성 발목 불안정성을 가진 배드민턴 동호인을 대상으로 신경근 훈련을 6주간 실시한 후 하지 근활성도와 균형능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 신경근 훈련의 효과를 알아보았다. 앞정강근, 긴종아리근과 장딴지근의 근활성도(%MVIC)값과 균형능력 값의 분석을 통하여 신경근 훈련이 하지 근활성도와 균형능력 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.
