실무지침 갱신은 어떻게 구성되어있나? 개정판에서는 2012년 초판의 모든 권고안을 다시 검토하여 개정 여부를 판단하였으며, 새로운 지침 영역을 포함시켰다. 개정판의 구성은 23개 영역, 322개 권고안으로 2012년 초판에 비해 영역 수가 4개, 권고안 수가 142개 증가하였다. 영역은 초판의 영역 중 삭제된 영역이 1개 있어 새로 증가된 영역은 5개인데 상황별 정맥주입요법에서 항암제 주입, PCA 주입, 정맥영양지원, 수혈요법 4개 영역, 합병증에서 신경손상 영역이 증가하였다.
