단독거주하고 있는 노인의 생활에 대한 만족감은 시기별로 어떠한 차이가 있나? 둘째, 단독거주하고 있는 노인의 심리적 복지감과 관련되는 변수는 노년시기별 차이가 있다. 심리적 복지감의 긍정적인 측면인 생활만족도의 경우, 단독거주하고 있는 전기 노인은 주관적으로 자신이 건강하다고 지각할수록, 가족과 비물리적 갈등이 적을수록, 가처분소득이 많을수록, 주택을 소유한 경우, 식생활 결핍 수준이 낮을수록, 생활비가 충족되어 있다고 인식할수록, 공적연금을 수급하고 있는 경우 생활만족도가 높다. 단독거주하고 있는 중기 노인의 경우 자신이 건강하다고 지각할수록, 가족과의 비물리적 갈등 수준이 낮을수록, 가처분소득이 높을수록, 식생활 결핍 수준이 낮을수록 생활만족도가 높다. 단독거주하고 있는 후기 노인은 자신이 건강하다고 지각할 수록, 그리고 가족과 비물리적 갈등 수준이 낮을수록 생활만족도가 높다.
