곰팡이 독소 중 에스트로겐과 구조가 유사하여 가축의 번식 장애를 유발하는 독소는? 국내에서는 규제 대상이 아닌 T-2 독소는 과아미노산혈증(Hyperaminoacidemia)을 일으키고(Meloche와 Smith, 1995), 디옥시니발레놀(DON)은 구토를 일으키는 대표적인 곰팡이 독소이다(Chung 등, 1991). 제랄레논은 에스트 로겐과 구조적으로 유사하여 섭취한 가축에게 번식 장애를 유발한다(Smith, 1980). 또한 사료의 오염은 축산물의 품질에도 영향을 줄 수 있는데, 착유우가 아플라톡신 B1을 섭취하면 우유 중에 아플라톡신 M1의 형태로 분비된다(Iha 등, 2013).
