해결자⋅청취자 활동의 장점은? | 이 활동은 자신의 사고 과정을 빠짐없이 말로 표현하면서 스스로 특정 과제를 해결하는 ‘해결자(solver)’와 해결자의 과제 해결과정을 능동적으로 이해하고 질문하며 정확성을 검토하여 잘못을 지적하는 ‘청취자(listener)’로 역할이 구분되며, 해결자의 활동은 발성사고법(think-aloud method)에 기반한 것이다(Jeon, 1999). 이 활동을 통해 해결자는 청취자의 능동적인 점검과 도움을 받아 자신의 사고 과정을 명확히 인지 및 체계화하고 잘못된 부분은 교정할 수 있다. 그리고 청취자는 해결자의 과제 해결 과정을 능동적으로 점검하는 과정에서 특정 개념이나 과제에 대하여 심도 있게 생각해 볼 수 있고 자신의 과제 해결 과정에 대하여 반성적 사고를 할 수 있다(Goos, 1994; Jeon, 1999). 특히 해결자와 청취자의 역할을 바꾸어 진행할 경우, 청취자 자신이 미처 생각하지 못했던 부분을 해결자의 문제해결 과정에서 학습한다면 자신이 해결자가 되었을 때 그 부분을 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 예비교사의 지필평가 문항제작 과정에서 해결자⋅청취자 활동을 도입한다면 예비교사의 지필평가 문항 제작 과정에 대한 반성적 사고를 촉진하게 될 것이다. |
