편두통의 임상례를 통해서 통계적으로 확인해본 결과 어떤 변증들을 확인할 수 있었는가 ? 임상에서 편두통의 치료에 있어서도 기본적으로 瘀血과 연관된 변증으로 보고 치료한 임상례가 높은 빈도수를 보이고 있다. 이를 통해서 편두통은 기본적으로 瘀血을 가지고 있으며, 兼證에 따라서 肝의 변증들, 氣 虛의 변증, 痰飮의 변증 등이 錯雜된 상태로 파악할 수 있다.
