일학습 훈련제도란? | 2016년 6월 21일 국무회의를 통과한 산업현장 일학습 병행지원에 관한 법률안(일학습법)이 2019년 8월2일 국회를 통과하였다[1]. 일학습 훈련제도는 인적자원개발의 효율성을 높이고 산업현장에서 요구하는 실무형 인재를 육성할 목적으로 국가 직무능력 표준(NCS: National Competency Standards)을 이용하여 만든 도제식 훈련 시스템이다. 일학습 훈련은 2013년에 독일, 스위스 등에서 운영 중인 일터기반 학습(work based learning)을 국내 기업환경에 맞게 변형한 제도로, 입사 1년 미만 근로자를 대상으로 훈련을 실시하고 수료자에 대해서는 외부평가를 통하여 국가기술자격(일학습 자격)을 부여하는 시스템이다. | |

일학습 훈련과정의 유형은? | 일학습 훈련과정은 훈련에 참여한 학습근로자에 따라 여러 유형이 있는데, 기업 근로자 대상의 재직자과정, 특성화고등학생 대상의 도제 훈련과정, 대학교 4학년생을 대상으로 한 IPP일학습 훈련과정, 특성화고와 전문대를 연계하여 실시하는 P-Tech 훈련과정, 일학습 현장교사를 대상으로 한 마이스터 훈련과정 등이 있다[3]. |
