혈압측정시 노인의 경우 수축기압의 증가가 있을 수 있는데 그 이유는? | Song[21]은 체위에 따른 혈압의 변화를 연령군 별로 분석한 결과 20대와 30대는 자세변화에따른혈압에변화에없었으나 40대와 50대는수축기압에서 앙와위에 비해 좌위와 직립위에서 의미 있는 감소가 있었으며, 수축기와이완기압모두에서연령과체위간의교호성이유의하여, 혈압측정 연구는 연령의 상호작용을 함께 검토해 보아야 함을 보여주고 있다. 혈압을 반복 측정할 때 안정을 취한 후 측정하도록 하는 것은 심혈관 상태의 안정성 확보를 위함이고[22], 노인은 동맥혈관의 내경이 동맥벽의 구조적 경화로 좁아지거나 혈관의 탄력성 감소로 혈관저항이 증가하여 수축기압의 증가가 있을 수 있으므로[18,19,22] 반복 측정혈압값을 연령과 함께 고찰해 볼 필요가 있다. |
