돼지의 특징 및 열 발산 능력은 어떠한가? | 돼지는 가금류와 마찬가지로 피부의 땀샘이 발달되어 있지 않아 호흡을 통해 체온을 조절한다. 그러나 몸집에 비해 폐의 용량이 상대적으로 작을 뿐만 아니라 체질적 으로 피하지방층이 두껍기 때문에 열 발산 능력이 매우 낮다[1,2]. 따라서 돼지는 고온다습한 환경에 매우 민감 하며, 체중이 50 kg 이상인 비육돈의 경우 더위 스트레 스에 보다 예민하다[3, 4]. |
