클라우드 서비스가 기존의 저장매체들이 가지는 어떠한 문제점을 극복할 수 있다고 여겨지는가? 이러한 한계를 극복할 수 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 기존의 저장매체들이 가지는 문제점들 때문에 정보를 저장하고 관리, 재이용하는데 있어 발생하는 물리적, 기술적 제약에 대해 클라우드 서비스를 활용하여 충분히 극복할 수 있을 것으로 보여진다[Kang, 2019].
