H7 아형 AIV의 감염사례는? | H7 아형 AIV 중 일부는 사람에 감염하기도 한다. 2004년 네덜란드에서 H7N7 AIV는 사람에 감염하여 대부분은 결막염을 동반하는 가벼운 임상증상을 보였으나, 일부는 사망이발생하기도 하였다(Fouchier et al., 2004). 2013년부터는 중국에서 H7N9 AIV로 인한 사람 감염이 나타나기 시작하여만은 피해가 발생되고 있다.
