본 연구는 코로나19와 같은 언택트(untact) 시대에 유튜브 교육 증가로 활성화되고 있는 메이크업 국가자격 교육 유튜브에 관해 연구하기 위하여 메이크업 국가자격 교육 유튜브에 관한 인식, 특성, 선택 기준, 지속 및 추천 의사, 및 보완점을 설문 조사한 결과 인식은 매우 긍정적(75.5%)이었으며 특성은 정보성(M=3.54), 장점은 재생속도 조절(M=4.07), 단점은 피드백의 한계(M=3.64), 선택 기준은 전문성(44.5%), 향후 지속 의사 82.0%, 추천 의사 82.6%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 보완점은 위생교육 추가((M=4.20), 최신 규정 업데이트(M=4.13), 피드백(M=4.07) 등의 필요성이 대두되어 이러한 요구 사항과 피드백이 가능한 쌍방향 교육 시스템이 보완된다면 메이크업 발전을 위한 유용한 교육자료로 더욱더 활성화되리라 사료된다.

This study aimed to speculate on Youtube for national certification education in makeup in the Untact period derived from the pandemic phenomenon such as the COVID 19. For the purpose, this study surveyed perception on Youtube on national certification education, characteristics of the programs, selection standards, continuance and recommendation intention and supplementations. The results are: The perception on Youtube was very positive(75.5%); Among characteristics, the mean value of informativeness was 3.54, that of play speed control as an advantage was 4.07 and that of feedback limit as a disadvantage was 3.64. In respect to selection standards, 44.5% of the subjects selected a program based on professionalism; 82.0% had continuance intention and 82.6% had recommendation intention. As for the needs of supplementation, the mean value of sanitation education was 4.20, that of updated regulations was 4.13 and that of feedback was 4.0. Therefore, it is suggested that if an interactive education system is supplemented in exact information and feedback, Youtube makeup certification programs will be further facilitated as useful education materials for makeup development.

대상 데이터

본 연구는 서울, 경기, 광주광역시, 경상도에 거주하는 남성과 여성, 연령대는 10대, 20대, 30대 이상으로 분류하여 조사하였으며 조사 기간은 2020년 5월 1일 ~ 6월 10일까지 41일간 총 450명을 대상으로 설문 조사하고 정확한 답안 420개를 선정하여 분석하였다.

데이터처리

본 연구는 일반적 특성 및 메이크업 국가기술자격 교육 유튜브에 관한 인식, 특성, 선택 기준, 지속 및 추천 의사와 보완점에 관해 설문 조사하여 분석하였고 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터 코딩(data coding)과 데이터클리닝(data cleaning) 과정을 거쳐, SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) v. 21.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다.

성능/효과

다섯째, 메이크업 국가기술자격 교육을 위한 유튜브의 선택 기준 분석 결과, 선호기준은 ‘전문성’ 187명 (44.5%), 선호 재생 시간은 ‘10분 미만’ 187명 (44.5%), 선호 유튜버 목소리는 ‘흡입력 있는 목소리’ 199명 (47.4%)’, 선호 썸네일 이미지는 ‘한눈에 알아보기 쉬운’ 178명(42.4%)이 가장 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 측정도구의 타당성 및 신뢰도 검증 분석 결과, 요인 적재치는 0.40 이상으로 구성개념의 타당성이 검증되었다고 볼 수 있으며, 신뢰도 또한 0.60 이상으로서 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
따라서 언택트 시대의 국가기술자격 교육 유튜브의 활용이 매우 대중적이며 현실적임을 알 수 있고 국가기술 자격 교육 유튜브에 대한 인식 또한 (75.5%)로 높았으며 조사대상자의 전체의 255명(82.0%)이 유튜브 활용의 지속 의사가 있다고 응답하고 257명(82.6%) 이 유튜브를 추천할 의사가 있다고 조사되어 향후 메이크업 국가 자격교육 유튜브는 지속되고 확대 발전 되리라 전망된다.
본 연구는 언택트(untact) 시대의 메이크업 국가기술교육을 위한 유튜브 활용에 관해 알아보기 위하여 국가기술 자격 교육 유튜브에 관한 인식과 특성, 선택 기준 및 지속 이용 의사 및 추천 의사와 보완점에 관해 설문을 통해 조사하였으며, 조사 결과 조사대상자 420명 중 국가기술 자격 교육 유튜브 영상을 경험한 사람이 335명으로 전체의 79.8%이며 미용사(메이크업) 국가기술자격 교육 유튜브 영상을 경험한 사람은 전체의 311명(74.0%)으로 나타났다.
셋째, 국가기술자격 교육을 위한 유튜브 활용에 관한 인식 분석 결과, 전반적으로 ‘긍정적’ 317명(75.5%) 이 높게 나타났으며 원인으로는 ‘편의성(시간)’ 118명(37.2%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다.
여섯째, 메이크업 국가기술자격 교육 유튜브의 지속 및 추천 의사 분석 결과 지속 의사 255명(82.0%)이 비지 속 의사는 56명(18.0%) 보다 높게 나타났으며 지속 의사의 이유는 ‘시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는다’ 가 124명 (48.6%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 유튜브의 추천 의사 분석 결과는 추천 의사가 257명(82.
