본 연구는 비장애대학생의 장애대학생에 대한 인식 관련 연구 동향을 알아보기 위해 학술지에 게재된 비장애대학생의 장애대학생에 대한 인식과 관련된 논문을 분석하고, 비장애대학생의 장애대학생에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 141명을 대상으로 개방형 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구자수는 2인, 제1저자는 대학교수, 연구방법은 조사연구가 많았으며, 연구주제는 인식과 태도, 공동체(의식)와 통합에 대한 연구가 많았다. 독립변인과 매개변인별 동향은 성별, 학과 또는 전공, 학년, 경험유무, 학령기 통합교육유무가 많았다. 둘째, 비장애대학생의 장애대학생에 대한 인식에서 비장애대학생들은 장애대학생들에 대해 '대단함'이라는 인식이 많았으며, '도움'과 '필요'라는 단어에서도 높은 빈도수를 나타냈다. 이상의 연구 결과는 비장애대학생의 장애대학생에 대한 인식개선을 위한 다양한 교육적 지원 및 경험 제공 등을 적용하는 연구가 이루어져야함을 나타내고 있다.
