대상 데이터

이론/모형
발달장애 아동들을 양육하는 부모의 부담감을 알아보기 위해 설문지는 Suh와 Oh(1993)이 개발했던 도구를 Oh, Chae와 Cheon(2002)의 연구에서 보완하고 수정한 부담감 측정도구를 사용하였다. 총 25개 문항이며, 부담감 6가지 하위요인이 있으며, 의존적 측면 4문항, 정서적 측면 6문항, 경제적 측면 3문항, 돌봄의 평가와 의미 4문항, 조정 및 요구 6문항, 환아 미래의 안녕 2문항이고 각각의 문항에 대해 환자를 돌보면서 경험하는 느낌과 생각이 일치하느냐에 따라 “전혀 그렇지 않다” 1점부터 “매우 그렇다” 5점까지 기록을 하며 최저 25점부터 최고 125점까지 점수가 높으면 아동을 돌보는 부모의 부담감 정도가 높은 것을 나타낸다.

또한 본 연구 에서 발달장애아동의 일상생활 수행력을 전반적인 일상생활 기능으로 일반화하기에도 어려움 있다. 그래서본 연구 결과를 기초자료로 하여 추가적으로 보다 더 광범위한 지역설정과 발달장애 아동의 일상생활영역에서 실시할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한 추후에는 발달장애아 동의 일상생활 수행능력과 부모의 부담감 또는 삶의 질을 제외한 다른 심리학적 요인에 대해서도 함께 고려해볼 필요가 있다고 생각된다.
그래서본 연구 결과를 기초자료로 하여 추가적으로 보다 더 광범위한 지역설정과 발달장애 아동의 일상생활영역에서 실시할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한 추후에는 발달장애아 동의 일상생활 수행능력과 부모의 부담감 또는 삶의 질을 제외한 다른 심리학적 요인에 대해서도 함께 고려해볼 필요가 있다고 생각된다.
본 연구의 제한점은 연구대상자들의 지역이 한정되어 전체 발달장애아동 부모들의 부담감 및 삶의 질에 대한 영향으로 일반화하기에는 어려움이 있다. 또한 본 연구 에서 발달장애아동의 일상생활 수행력을 전반적인 일상생활 기능으로 일반화하기에도 어려움 있다.
