대전광역시 건축자산 특성 분석 연구

본 연구는 대전광역시 건축자산 기초조사를 통하여 대전광역시 건축자산 현황을 파악하고, 건축자산의 지역분포, 형성시기, 자산가치 등 특성을 분석하여, 도시발전 및 지역 정체성을 밝혀내는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 대전광역시 건축자산의 유형별 구성은 건축물이 86.5%, 공간환경 7.4%, 기반시설 6.1%의 구성비를 지니고 있으며, 공간적으로 구도심지(동구, 중구)에 75.0%가 분포하고 있다. 둘째, 대전광역시 건축자산의 시기별 구성은 1960~1980년대가 52.7%, 한국전쟁 이전이 25.0%의 분포를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 대전광역시 건축자산의 물리적 특성은 단층, 주택 및 종교시설, 한식목조의 전통기와, 그리고 시멘트 몰탈 및 목재 마감 재료가 대표성을 지니고 있다. 대전광역시 건축자산은 한국전쟁 이후 대전역 주변의 도시재건 및 부흥, 그리고 1930년대 충남도청의 이전 이후 구시가지의 관사, 은행 및 관공서 분포 등, 한국전쟁 후 부흥 및 근대도시 대전의 성장과 관련성을 지니고 있다. 특히 이사동 재실 관련 한옥 및 소제동 철도관사는 대전의 지역성 및 근현대사를 반영하고 있다.
