어깨통증의 한의치료로 권고되는 방법은? 치료는 발생 원인, 연령, 직업 및 통증, 손상, 기능 저하 정도에 따라 달라지며, 휴식, 주사치료, 운동치료, 물리치료 등의 보존적 치료와 관절경하 견봉하 감압술, 관절낭 유리술, 회전근개 봉합술 등의 수술적 치료가 있다. 한의 치료는 임상진료지침을 통해 침치료, 전침치료, 약침치료, 추나치료 등이 권고되고 있으며10), 아직 근거수준이 낮은 편이나 통증과 기능 호전에 유의하고, 부작용은 적은 것으로 알려져 있다11).
