담석증을 가지고 대사호탕을 처방한 환자 1명의 전자의무기록 분석을 통한 결론은? 1. 복부 초음파 검사상 0.5 cm의 작은 담석을 가지면서 우상복부통증, 오심, 소화불량, 흉협고만을 호소하는 환자에게 대시호탕 처방하였고 침치료와 병행하였다. 2. 환자의 총 치료 기간은 88일이었고 그 중 대시 호탕을 투여하여 유의미하게 호전되기까지의 기간은 35일이었다. 3. 복통에 대한 환자의 NRS 값은 본원 치료 전에는 7, 본원 치료 후에는 3으로 감소하였고 증상의 재발, 악화 없이 양호한 상태로 유지하고 있다.
