  • 조기에 감염에 대한 조치가 적절히 시행되지 않는 경우 범부비동염, 구강상악동누공, 만성 상악동염으로 발전 할 수 있으므로 조기 치료가 필수적이다. 항생제 요법 시행과 동시에 배농관을 삽입하고 생리식염수로 감염부위를 세척하도록 한다. 항생제 사용과 함께 충혈제거제 및 안티히스타민도 병용하여 사용하도록 한다.
