청소년 도박의 국내 연구동향 분석

본 논문은 최근 인터넷 환경 변화로 점차 증가하고 있는 청소년 도박에 대한 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 이는 청소년 도박에 대한 국내 연구는 그동안 많은 성장을 하였으나 청소년 관련 인터넷, 게임, 약물 등의 중독보다 연구가 부족하고 학위 및 학술 논문 모두를 통합적으로 분석한 논문은 드물다. 청소년 도박의 실태는 중독 수준을 넘어 도박자금 마련을 위한 불법 대출과 절도, 학교 폭력과 금품 갈취 등 2차 범죄로 이어지고 있어 우리 사회에 큰 충격을 던져 주고 있고 성인이 되어서도 도박에 대한 높은 진행성을 보인다는 선행연구 결과와 청소년이 도박에 접하는 연령이 점점 낮아지고 있어서 사회적인 대책 마련이 시급하다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 2003년부터 2020년 3월까지 국내에서 발표된 학위논문 52편, 학술논문 86편, 기타 연구 보고서 3편을 통합적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 양적 연구, 연구 대상, 연구 주제 등이 집중되고 있어서 일반화하는데 한계성이 존재하고 있다. 또한 시대 상황에 따른 학문적 특성과 개별 과학의 영역을 초월하고 있는 학제 간 연구 경향성 등을 확인함으로써 후대 연구에 풍부한 정보를 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.
