The purpose of this study is to examine the relevance of resilience, which is one of the internal psychological competencies, in the relationship between the adult attachment of university students and their career barriers. A total of 300 university students from across the country were surveyed online through a specialized research firm over the period from November 10, 2019 till November 20, 2019. The data were analyzed using AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 23.0 suites, and the study findings were as follows. The adult attachment of university students firstly had a negative impact on resilience and secondly a positive impact on the career barriers. Third, the resilience of the university students had a negative impact on the career barriers. Fourth, in the influence of the adult attachment of university students on career barriers, resilience had a mediating effect to mitigate career barriers. With this study, it is expected that an environment where the information and training on desirable attachment at home and school can be provided, while educational supports can be examined for the development of the programs that can enhance their self-competency, including career education.

가설 설정

본 연구에서는 대학생이 진로장벽을 직면하였음에도 불구하고, 대학생 스스로가 적극적인 준비를 수행할 수 있다는 점을 설명하기 위하여 회복탄력성의 역할을 가정하였다. 또한 김주환(2011)의 정의에 의해 회복 탄력성을 내적·외적 위험요인에 처했을 때 어려움을 잘 극복하여 환경에 성공적으로 적응하고, 이에 대한 환경을 스스로에게 유리한 방향으로 활용하는 인간의 총체적 능력으로 정의하고자 한다[40].

제안 방법

다음 Table 6은 성인애착과 진로장벽 관계에서 회복 탄력성에 대한 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 부트스트래핑방법을 이용하여 연구모형의 직접효과와 간접효과, 총효과의 유의성을 검증하였다.

이론/모형

본 연구의 측정도구는 다음과 같다. 먼저 성인 애착은 김성현(2004)이 한국판으로 번안하여 타당화한 ‘친밀관계 경험 검사 개정판(Experiences Close Relationship Scale-Revised: ECR-R)’을 사용하였다[24]. 하위 요인은 관계에 지나치게 몰두하거나 거절과 버림받는 것을 두려워하는 정도를 측정하는 ‘애착불안’과 친밀해지는 것을 불편하고 꺼리는 정도를 측정하는 ‘애착회피’의 두 개로 구성되었다.
본 연구의 자료 분석은 AMOS 23.0과 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 가설검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 또한 매개효과 검증을 위해서 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 Sobel-test를 사용하였다[59].
이 척도는 직업정보부족, 우유부단한 성격, 자기 명확성 부족, 필요성 인식부족, 외적인 장애 등으로 구성되었다. 위의 선행연구를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 Tak 과 Lee(2003)가 개발한[32] 한국대학생 진로결정 장벽 검사(KCII)를 사용하였다.

진로장벽은 Osipow(1999)의 진로결정척도를 Tak과 Lee(2003)가 한국 대학생들에게 타당화한 직업미결정요인 탐색검사(Korean Career Indecision Inventory: K-CII)를 사용하였다[32, 35]. 이 척도는 대학생들의 진로 결정에 어려움을 보이는 요인을 탐색하기 위한 것으로 5개의 하위요인, 직업정보 부족(6문항), 자기 명확성 부족(4문항), 우유부단한 성격(4문항), 필요성 인식 부족, 외적장애(4문항)으로 총 22문항으로 구성되어 있다.
회복탄력성은 신우열 외(2009)이 대학생을 대상으로 개발한 회복탄력성 척도를 사용하였다[42]. 하위 요인은 세 개로 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성으로 구성되었으며, 통제 성 9문항, 긍정성 9문항, 사회성 9문항, 총 27문항으로 구성되었다.

성능/효과

넷째, 대학생의 성인애착과 진로장벽의 관계에서 회복 탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보면, 성인애착이 진로 장벽에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성이 매개역할을 하여 진로 장벽을 완화시켜주는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 박인영(2014)의 연구에서 성인애착과 진로 결정의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 매개효과가 있다고 한 결과와 맥을 함께한다.
둘째, 대학생의 성인애착이 진로장벽에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 성인애착은 진로장벽에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 김수임과 김창대(2009)의 연구 결과에서 안정적인 애착이 진로발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 한 결과[48]와 맥을 함께한다.
5이상으로 모든 측정도구에 대한 내적 일관성을 확보하였다. 또한 측정도구의 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, =970.605(p=.000, df=30), GFI=0.937, CFI=.0.932, NFI=0.906, IFI=0.933, TLI=0.897, RMR=0.039, RMSEA=0.088로 연구모형의 변수에 관한 적합도가 모두 권장수준에 부합하였으며, 모든 요인부하량(λ)이 0.540에서 0.891로 나타나고 있어 각 요인에 관한 수렴타당성을 증명하였다.
또한 학년에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타난 변수로는 진로 장벽의 외적장애(F=3.020, p<.05), 우유부단 성격 (F=2.798, p<.05), 자기 명확성 부족(F=3.084, p<.05), 필요성 인식부족(F=5.707, p<.01)에 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 실시한 적합도 분석 결과는 Table 3과 같으며, 적합도를 살펴본 결과, =960.705(p=.000, df=30), GFI=0.935, CFI=0.931, NFI=0.905, IFI=0.931, TLI=0.894, RMR=0.040, RMSEA=0.089 등으로 나타나 , GFI, CFI, NFI, IFI, TLI, RAR, RMSEA 등의 적합도가 권장수준에 부합하였다.
Table 4와 같다. 본 연구에서 측정변수들의 상관관계를 확인한 결과 절대값 기준으로 0.243∼0.782의 범위로 나타나고 있는데, 이는 다중공선성에 문제가 없는 것으로 보이기에, 각 변수들의 판별타당성을 확보하였다. 또한 첨도와 왜도가 ±2를 넘지 않게 확인되어 판별 타당성을 확보한 것으로 판단할 수 있다.
이 척도 는 리커트 5점 척도로서 (1점=전혀 그렇지 않다; 5 점=매우 그렇다)로 점수가 높을수록 진로장벽을 높게 지각하는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 신뢰도 검증을 위한 Cronbach's α값은 직업정보 부족 0.900, 자기 명확성 부족 0.924, 우유부단한 성격 0.826, 필요성 인식 부족 0.700, 외적장애 0.751로 나타났다.
이 척도는 리커트 5점 척도(1점=전혀 그렇지 않다; 5점=매우 그렇다)로 점수가 높을수록 회복 탄력성이 높음을 의미한다. 본 연구의 신뢰도 검증을 위한 Cronbach's α값은 통제성 0.827, 긍정성 0.859, 사회성 0.852로 나타났다.
분석결과, 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타난 변수로는 진로장벽의 자기명확성 부족(t=2.020, p<.05)에유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 남성(M=3.16)이 여성(M=2.89)보다 더 좋은 것을 알 수 있었다.
분석결과, 직접효과는 유의하게 나타났으며(p<.01), 간접효과(p<.05)와 총효과(p<.001)도 모두 유의수준 에서 통계적으로 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 회복 탄력성에 대한 간접효과를 확인하였다.
분석결과는 Table 7과 같다. 분석결과, 회복탄력성에 대한 매개효과는 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구모형 분석 결과 직접효과와 간접효과 모두 유의하게 나타나 성인 애착은 회복탄력성을 부분 매개하여 진로장벽에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
성인애착(β=-.644, p<.001)은 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성인애착(β=.502, p<.001)은 진로장벽에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회복탄력성(β=-.
셋째, 대학생의 회복탄력성이 진로장벽에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 회복탄력성은 진로장변에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 이미경(2014)의 연구에서 진로장벽과 자아탄력성이 부적 상관관계를 가지고, 진로장벽이 높은 경우일지라도 자아탄력성이 높으면 진로 장벽의 부정적인 역할을 감소시켜주는 역할을 한다고 한 결과와 일치한다[56].
유의한 영향력을 주는 것이 확인되었다[52]. 즉 성인 애착 수준이 높을수록 회복탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과는 김수임과 김창대(2009)의 연구 결과에서 안정적인 애착이 진로발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 한 결과[48]와 맥을 함께한다. 즉, 대학생들의 애착회피와 애착불안 정도가 높을수록 진로 결정에서 장벽수준은 더욱 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

첫째, 대학생의 성인애착이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 성인애착은 회복탄력성에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 심수연과 김용수 (2015)의 연구에서 안정적인 성인애착수준이 높을 수록회복 탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타난다는 결과와 일치한다.

후속연구

이러한 실행은 취업 고민으로 힘든 대학생들에게 심리적 불안을 예방하고 취업의 가능성을 열어줄 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 성인애착과 회복 탄력성의 영향 관계를 파악한 결과, 회복탄력성과 성인 애착 간의 영향관계를 보다 명확하게 이해하기 위하여 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 즉, 상담에 있어 애착은 매우 중요한 요소라 볼 수 있으며, 상담은 기본적으로 상담자와 내담자의 상호적인 인간관계로 이루어지므로 이에 대한 관계가 어떻게 형성되는지에 따라 긍정적이고 효율적인 상담 효과를 나타낸다.
본 연구는 회복탄력성의 매개효과가 입증된 만큼 대학생의 회복탄력성 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 효과검증을 한다면 대학생들의 진로 결정에 긍정적인 효과를 볼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 대학생의 진로 장벽에 영향을 미치는 다른 요인들에 대한 연구를 통합적으로 진행한다면 대학생들의 진로결정에 보다 유용한 자료로 폭넓게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서 사용된 성인애착, 회복탄력성, 진로 장벽 척도는 자기보고식 설문지로 이루어져 있어, 각 변인들에 대해 개인의 주관적인 지각을 측정하고자 한 것이 한계점으로 지적된다. 또한 본 연구는 전국의 대학생을 대상으로 이루어졌지만 사실상 수도권 지역의 연구대상자가 대부분으로 이루어졌기 때문에 본 연구의 결과를 일반화하는데 한계가 있다.
따라서 상담관계에서 내담자의 애착 관계가 재현될 수 있기 때문에 상담과정의 내담자 애착에 대한 고찰은 상담에 대한 전략 수립뿐만 아니라 상담 과정에 대한 평가에 있어서도 매우 중요한 요소일 것이다. 셋째, 성인애착, 회복탄력성과 진로장벽에 대한 의미를 생각하고, 앞으로 성인애착, 회복탄력성과 진로 장벽에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하는데 의의가 있다. 즉, 대학교에서 진로상담을 진행할 때 대학생의 성인애착과 회복 탄력성에 대한 개인의 특성에 맞춘 상담이 필요함을 시사한다.
제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 회복 탄력성 이성인 애착과 진로장벽의 관계에서 매개역할을 한다는 것은 대학에서도 회복탄력성 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 교육, 정보제공을 통해 진로장벽을 극복하는데 도움을 줄 수 있어야 함을 의미한다. 이러한 실행은 취업 고민으로 힘든 대학생들에게 심리적 불안을 예방하고 취업의 가능성을 열어줄 수 있을 것이다.
