본 연구는 가족건강성과 자아존중감 간의 관계에서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감의 이중매개효과를 분석하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 충청북도 C시와 전라북도 J시 대학교에서 편의표집한 340명을 대상으로 설문을 2019년 11월 1개월간 실시하였고, 분석은 SPSS Win. 25와 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 활용하였다. 적용된 통계기법은 평균비교분석(t-test, One-ANOVA), 상관관계분석, 그리고 PROCESS Macro 모델 6번을 활용한 이중매개효과분석이었다. 주요 연구 결과는 첫째, 자아존중감은 교육계열 전공 대학생들이 다른 전공계열보다 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 상관분석 결과 자아존중감은 가족건강성, 대인관계능력 및 자기효능감과 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 이중매개효과분석 결과 대인관계능력과 자기효능감이 가족건강성과 자아존중감과의 관계에서 이중 매개하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 대인관계능력과 자기효능감을 활용하여 대학생의 자아존중감을 증진시키기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
