[국내논문] 청소년의 SNS 중독이 사이버불링에 미치는 영향: 또래애착관계의 조절효과검증

본 연구는 청소년의 SNS 중독이 사이버불링 가해 행동에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 또래애착관계(또래의사소통, 또래신뢰, 또래소외)의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 중·고등학생 811명으로, 남학생 391명, 여학생 420명이었다. 분석결과 SNS 중독 수준이 높은 청소년일수록 사이버불링 가해 수준도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 청소년의 SNS 중독과 사이버불링 가해행동의 관계에서 또래애착관계의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 또래의사소통과 또래신뢰 수준이 청소년의 SNS 중독과 사이버불링 가해 행동 사이의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타내는 것으로 검증되었다. 또래의사소통과 또래신뢰 수준이 높을수록 SNS 중독 수준이 높은 청소년의 사이버불링 가해 행동 수준이 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 청소년을 대상으로 SNS 중독 문제를 해결하기 위한 적극적은 사전 진단 프로그램의 대중화, 또래집단 간의 올바른 의사소통 방식에 대한 지속적인 교육 진행, SNS에 중독된 청소년들의 또래집단 관계에서의 정서적·인지적 상황에 대한 사정 과정을 거쳐 폭력 가해 가능성을 감소시킬 수 있는 상담 등의 청소년의 SNS중독과 사이버불링에 대한 실천적 개입 방안과 연구의 한계를 제언하였다.
