병원 간호사의 코로나 바이러스 감염증(COVID-19) 질병 이환에 대한 불안과 우울에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 24시간 환자와 함께 하며 감염병 유행시 가장 많은 부담을 느끼는 병원 간호사를 대상으로 병원 간호사의 COVID-19에 대한 불안과 우울 정도를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 300병상 이상의 종합병원 5곳에 근무하는 간호사 232명이었고 자료수집은 2020년 8월부터 2020년 9월까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구결과 질병 이환에 대한 불안은 8.03점, 우울은 14.45점으로 나타났다. 질병 이환에 대한 불안과 우울은 양의 상관관계(r=26, p<.001)가 있었다. COVID-19가 장기화되고 있는 현 상황에서 간호사의 코로나 바이러스 감염증(COVID-19)에 대한 질병 관련 불안과 우울을 탐색하고 이들의 불안과 우울을 완화하기 위한 관리가 필요하다.
