This paper is about developing an intravenous injection management system that can provide nurses with information related to intravenous injection in real-time to compensate for possible instability factors during intravenous injection. The intravenous injection management system consists of an app-based user S/W and a web-based administrator S/W. User S/W is implemented to provide users with the ability to identify patients who need intravenous injection through smartphones, tablet PCs, and nursing PDAs, recognize information codes given to patients, and enter and share treatment contents and treatment items after intravenous injection. As a result of intravenous injection treatment uploaded through the user app, the manager S/W can check the records of intravenous injection treatment items, perform user management functions, emergency notification registration and management functions, and data upload functions. The implemented system has not yet been tested on the EMR system used in the actual hospital. Therefore, through further research, S/W will be optimized and actual environmental application tests will be conducted through cooperation with hospitals.

병원정보시스템 영역(HIS: Hospital Information System, 진료, 진료 지원, 원무, 전자의무기록 등)에서도 정밀 의료라는 목표를 달성하기 위해 클라우드 기반의 HIS시스템 개발[4], EMR 데이터 분석을 통한 맞춤형 의료서비스 개발[5,6], 의료정보 공유 활성화를 위한 의료정보체계 표준화를 위한 EMR 인증제 도입[7-9], EMR 평가 방법 도입[10], 올바른 의료정보 활용을 위한 연구[11], 의료정보 보안을 위한 연구[12-13] 등이 이뤄지고 있다. 본 논문은 정맥주사 시 발생할 수 있는 불안정 요소들을 보완하기 위해 간호사들에게 환자의 정맥주사 관련 정보를 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 정맥주사 관리 S/W의 개발에 관한 논문이다.

제안 방법

관리자 S/W는 사용자 App을 통해 업로드된 정맥주사 처치 결과, 정맥주사 처치 물품에 대한 기록을 확인할 수 있고 정맥주사 사용자 App에서의 사용자 등록 및 삭제, 사용자의 직급 권한 설정할 수 있으며 긴급공지 등록 및 관리 기능을 수행할 수 있게 구현했다. 또한 모든 병원의 구조에 무관하게 정맥 프로젝터 및 정맥 처치 서비스를 제공하는데 필요한 핵심 정보와 가변적 정보를 표준 구조로 정의하는 SAM(Schema Adaptor Module)을 구현했다.
본 연구를 통해 구현된 정맥주사관리 시스템은 사용자 및 관리자 S/W의 UI를 구성하고 서버에 있는 데이터를 연동할 수 있는 기능을 구현했다. 구현한 정맥주사 관리시스템은 아직 실제 병원에서 사용하고 있는 EMR 시스템에 테스트를 진행하지 않은 상태이다.
정맥주사 관리시스템은 App 기반의 사용자 S/W와 Wep 기반의 관리자 S/W로 구분하여 설계했다.

성능/효과

업로드되지 못한 데이터는 엑셀로 업로드할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 정맥주사 관리시스템을 실제 병원에서 쓰고 있는 EMR 데이터 서버에 연동하지는 못했으나, 서버에 업로드된 데이터가 실시간으로 사용자 및 관리자 S/W에서 시각화되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.
리스트 화면에서 환자 선택 시 정맥주사 처치 결과 등록화면이 실행된다. 정맥주사 처지 결과에 대한 설계는 정맥 주사 일시, 주사 부위, 바늘의 크기, 처치재료, 혈관 상태, DVA 분류, 정맥주사 외 기타업무에 대한 데이터와 추가기록을 통해 환자의 이상소견을 입력할 수 있는 기능을 제공하며, 처지 결과를 등록하면 사용자 App 및 관리자 S/W에 업로드되어 해당 환자의 정맥주사 기록을 실시간으로 공유할 수 있다.

후속연구

구현한 정맥주사 관리시스템은 아직 실제 병원에서 사용하고 있는 EMR 시스템에 테스트를 진행하지 않은 상태이다. 추가 연구를 통해 S/W를 최적화하고 병원과의 협력을 통해 실제 환경 적용 테스트를 진행할 예정이다.
