본 연구 목적은 비의료직 병원 근로자들의 구강건강 관련 삶의 질에 미치는 위험요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 연구 방법은 수도권 소재의 일부 대학병원 근로자 608명을 대상으로 2021년 4월 20일 ~ 7월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 도구로는 근로손실, 구강건강 상태, 구강건강 관련 삶의 질 문항을 조사하였다. 분석방법은 독립 표본 t-test, one-way ANOVA test, 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 외생변수 통제 결과 성별(β=0.108), 전신질환(β=0.136), 구강건강수준(β=0.201), 구강건강 상태(β=0.463)는 구강건강 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 비의료직 병원 근로자를 위한 정기적인 구강보건교육이 활성화된다면 구강건강 및 근로 증진에 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다.
