본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 간호대학생의 임상실습 중 임상실습 불안과 임상실습 스트레스가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관 증진을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2021년 9월에서 11월까지 충남, 충북, 경북 소재 대학에 재학 중이면서 임상실습을 경험한 3학년과 4학년 간호대학생 187명을 대상으로 했다. 자료 분석SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 간호전문직관은 임상실습 스트레스와 상관관계를 보였다(r=-.151, p=.039). 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 전공만족 5.2%(β=-.24, p=.001), 임상실습 스트레스가 3.0%(β=-.17, p=.015)의 설명력이 있어 총 8.2% 설명하는 것으로 나타났고, 전공만족도가 간호전문직관에 가장 영향력 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 코로나19 상황에서의 간호전문직관 증진을 위해서는 전공만족을 증가시키고 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키는 방안이 필요하다.
