본 연구는 국민연금 수급 노인의 경제활동 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 국민노후보장패널조사 8차 본조사 자료를 활용하였으며 대상자는 919명이었다. SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 성별, 연령, 배우자유무, 거주지역, 신체적 건강상태, 정신적 건강상태가 경제활동 참여에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 경제활동 참여는 성별, 연령, 배우자 유무, 신체적 건강상태, 심리적 건강상태와 상관관계가 있었다. 국민연금 수급 노인의 경제활동 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 거주지역, 신체적 건강상태가 경제활동 참여에 유의한 영향이 미쳤다.
