본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 대응 디지털 신기술 직업훈련의 대표적인 정부사업인 K-디지털 트레이닝 사업을 분석하고 개선안을 제시하였다. K-디지털 트레이닝 사업은 시행 후 3년만에 훈련 운영기관은 7.1배, 훈련과정 프로그램은 8.5배 증가하는 등 급격히 확대되고 있으나 교육훈련 프로그램이 수도권에 집중되는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 공유훈련모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 지역의 열악한 인적 물적 자원을 최대한 활용하여, 체계적 구성과 운영으로 디지털 신기술에 대응하고 교육훈련의 내실화와 신뢰성을 높이는 방안이다. 지역별로 디지털 신기술 관련 강사, 교육훈련 콘텐츠, 교육훈련 인프라 등 여러 훈련기관별로 흩어져 있는 자원을 공동 활용하는 컨소시엄 형태의 공유 협력 모델을 구축함으로써, 급격히 발전하는 디지털 신기술 교육훈련의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 교육훈련 인증평가 제도를 도입하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다.
